For this procedure, just crush two aspirins together into a fine powder and add it to two to three squeezes of shampoo in your hand. Fenugreek seeds are magical Indian seeds, which are easily available in our households. A few drops of tea tree oil when added to your shampoo bottle can help you in significantly improving the severity of your dandruff.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar
The acidity of apple cider vinegar helps in changing the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow and hence keeping dandruff at distance. For this recipe, just mix together a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup of water in a spray bottle and spritz it on your scalp. Keep your damp hair wrapped around in a towel and let it sit for an hour or so, post which wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week and allow apple cider vinegar to treat the problem of dandruff and hair fall effectively.
6. Baking Soda
This anti-fungal remedy will help in not only exfoliating your scalp, but it will also aid in reducing redness and itching. Just mix together some baking soda into your shampoo and wash your hair with it to derive its maximum benefits.
