Award season is officially here and that means we’re going to now start seeing some stunning red carpet looks over the next few months. The 2016 AMD British Academy Britannia Awards held in Los Angeles a few days ago saw the who’s who of the Brit film-fraternity walk the red carpet at Hollywood looking their best ever. As expected, we saw some of the chicest outfits this time around. While we’re swooning over drop-dead gorgeous Jennifer Lawrence, who made her comeback on the red carpet with her rumoured boyfriend, there were others who stole the show as well. Here’s a look at who made it to the best-dressed list at the Britannia Awards 2016.

1. Jennifer Lawrence

Wearing a stunning pink gown from Elie Saab Spring Summer 2017, JLaw was quite a stunner. That blush pink gown teamed with a similar coloured belt, had revealing cut-outs on the neckline, which was such a WIN. She’s teamed her look up with white topaz drop earrings by EF Collection. Her hairstylist Jenny Cho worked a braided updo with strands of hair falling on her face. Even her make-up, done by Jillian Dempsey, was perfect — nude lips and minimal make-up.

2. Victoria Summer

In a Celia Kritharioti black couture gown, Victoria Summer accessorised hers with a pair of diamond danglers by Anne Sisteron. That blonde hairdo looks so good on her, doesn’t it? Also, looks like one-shoulder gowns will be a red carpet favourite this time around.

3. Brie Larson

Styled by the talented Christina Ehrlich, Brie Larson was seen in a white Burberry gown with jewellery by Repossi. Larson has always been a red carpet favourite given her statement-making style.

4. Gugu Mbatha-Raw

In another metallic gold shimmery Burberry gown with a plunging neckline, Gugu looked stunning. I love how she went sans accessories. Her stunning curls done as an updo by hairstylist Aviva Perea, and the bronzy russet lips by makeup artist Nick Barose looks amazing on her.

5. Felicity Jones

Another Burberry by Felicity Jones who wore a stunning black bead-embellished, off-the-shoulder gown in tulle that had fanned sleeves. Styled by Kate Young, the actress went sans earrings and wore a bracelet and ring by Cartier.

6. Lady Victoria Hervey

The socialite was seen in an Alpana Neeraj gown and jewellery by Henri J. Sillam. Like what you see?

7. Jodie Foster

Looks like Burberry was on everyone’s mind for this event. Jodie Foster looked stunning in a gunmetal high-neck gown in silk with metallic embroidery of the same luxury label. She looked lovely.
